Hot Stone Massage- massage with the incorporation of smooth hot river rocks to ease muscle tension

Cupping Therapy- an ancient form of alternative medicine in which a local suction is created on the skin; practitioners believe this mobilizes blood flow in order to promote healing. Suction is created using heat (fire) or mechanical devices (hand or electrical pumps). Cupping is much like the inverse of massage - rather than applying pressure to muscles, ... Cupping is one of the best deep-tissue therapies available. Cupping is very effective for inverse pain management.

Craniosacral Therapy- uses gentle touch manipulation of your head, neck, and the bottom of your spine. Your neck, back, and hips will feel looser and freer.

Lomi Lomi- a Hawaiian method that combines a variety of techniques to relax each part of your body. It will leave you feeling serene and relaxed.

Myofascial Release- for relief of pain and restriction of motion.

Lymphatic Drainage- Manual lymphatic drainage (MLD) is a type of gentle massage which is intended to encourage the natural drainage of the lymph, which carries waste products away from the tissues back toward the heart.

Swedish Massage-The Swedish massage is one of the most common types of massages you can get. It is performed to energize the body and improve overall health. This type of massage involves the body's soft tissues (muscles, tendons, ligaments and blood vessels) and uses strokes that flow toward the heart, improving blood circulation. Swedish massage may help reduce symptoms of depression, stress, and anxiety

Crystal Reiki Session- Usui Reiki integrated with Crystal therapy. Reiki is a gentle healing modality where the practitioner places their hands on or slightly above the body. During the session the partitioner facilitates the flow of Reiki energy to the client to restore balance and vitality Crystals are placed on or near the body to enhance the Reiki session and address specific wellness goals

Reiki Session- Traditional Usui Reiki originated in Japan as a gentle healing modality to restore balance and vitality. During a session, the practitioner will lighty place their hand on or slightly above the body and facilitate the flow of Reiki energy to the client

7 Chakara Crystal Energy Reading- An intuitive card reading using Crystal Oracle cards. This reading can help identify areas of stuck or unbalanced energy as well give insight into the crystals that would be helpful for achieving your wellness goals. Highly recommended prior to a Crystal Reiki Session
